Raglan sleeve overcoat - Pinstripe RWS Wool

Regular price €1.100,00 EUR
Tax included.

This is our take on a everyday long coat that has the feeling of something formal.
It began with the idea of a trench coat, but we wanted to make it more free in shape.
The result is a coat with a sculptural silhouette and interesting detailing.

The coat falls just over the knee and features functional splits on both the sleeves and the back.
It has raglan sleeves with a deepened armhole, almost resembling a kimono sleeve but offering all the movement a raglan provides.
Oversized welt pockets with flaps sit on the front.
The sleeves are pre-curved, creating a beautiful 3D effect in profile.

The oversized collar rolls naturally when worn open, and a stormflap that fully runs around the neck.
A belt at the waist can add formality or define the silhouette when cinched.
The coat is fully lined in a cotton–Bemberg mix and features two inside welt pockets for your belongings.

Fabric & care

Pinstripe British Wool
This fabric is like a little treat for yourself. It’s a pure wool woven in the UK.
Multiple colours are woven through each other before the twill is milled together — a process that subtly blends the tones.
From a distance, it appears as a solid pinstripe, but up close you can see dozens of different hues within the weave.
This hidden complexity gives the fabric a very personal quality, as you’re one of the few who notice its depth.
The milling technique used to merge the colours while preserving drape and movement is only still practiced by one factory in the UK — making it rare and labour-intensive.
Because of this treatment, the fabric is slightly felted, providing great wind resistance and making it ideal for winter.

Body: 100% Wool
