This silhouette is a staple for us. Each season, we refine it in pursuit of the ideal pleated trouser. It can be worn high-waisted or lower on the hips, depending on how you choose to style it.

To us, pleated trousers are a piece you return to time and time again. They are timeless, easy to wear, and effortless to style, offering endless possibilities.

Our interpretation focuses on a distinctive shape: volume through the hip, tapering slightly from the knee down to the ankle. The details remain classic, modern shape, no excess, just a clean foundation for exceptional fabrics.

Size & fit

The model is 186 cm (6.2ft) tall and wears size M.

Please note that our clothing is meant to be worn oversized. Therefore the most important measurements for you to take into account are the inseam and waist band measurement when it comes to pants. All our pants have a drawstring incorporated on the inside of the waistband which can be used to tighten the waist to fit you properly. Check out our size guide for the precise measurements.

Fabric & care

This is one of our seasonal favourites: a Japanese made canvas in a blend of 50% cotton, 25% linen, and 25% ramie.
Sumi dye is a traditional Japanese ink-dyeing technique, using the same ink as in calligraphy. It produces uniquely lively fabrics.
What makes this dye special is that it does not fully penetrate the yarn, resulting in variation in colour intensity across different fibres.
Because this canvas is made from three different materials, it develops a rich, vibrant depth of colour.
It wears similarly to denim, fading over time and developing a very personal patina.

If the garment is in stock, it will be shipped within 2 working days with DHL. Made to Order garments will be manufactured by us in our atelier in The Hague within 15 working days of the order being placed.
